When placing your food order please make sure that you allow TWO working days for delivery.

Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays. Saturday deliveries will incur a surcharge. Small orders may be shipped via Royal Mail and will take longer than the courier delivery guidelines shown below.

  • What if I wish to return my purchase and claim a refund?
    • All goods must be returned in its original packaging. Returned postage is to be paid for by the purchaser. Fourfriends Pet Foods will not be liable for any damage caused by the purchasers courier.
  • What happens if my delivery is damaged or items are missing?
    • If your delivery is damaged in any way or items are missing then this needs to be reported to us on 01302 637377 within 3 working days from the date of delivery, any longer than this will result in your claim being rejected. Unfortunately if you request that the delivery is left without a signature then we cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages.
  • What do I do if I have placed an order over the web and I would like to change it?
    • Once your order has been placed, unfortunately this cannot be changed. If you have any questions regarding our foods or your order, please phone us on 01302 637377 Option 2 before proceeding to the checkout.
  • What do I do if I have run out of food and would like to fast track my order?
    • Please phone us on 01302 637377 Option 2 and we will try and help.
  • What is the delivery charge on my order?
    • All deliveries are shipped free of charge to mainland Great Britain when over £10.00. Orders under £10.00 carry a small shipping cost of £3.00. If you order exceeds 100kg in weight please contact us on 01302 637377.
  • I live outside of the United Kingdom?
    • Due to restrictions of our courier company, we are unable to deliver via mail order to  areas that do not have a UK Post Code. Please contact us on 01302 637377 for further information or visit www.fourfriends.info
  • What happens if I don’t receive my order within three working days?
    • If this is the case, please contact us on 01302 637377 Option 2. Please ensure that you phone us on the third day as this would allow our team to locate your order and deal with your request.
  • What happens if I don’t leave any instructions?
    • If you do not leave any delivery instructions for us, our courier will leave a card for you to contact them directly to rearrange an alternative delivery day.
